Worst online ordering experience ever! This app is hot garbage. It's like they don't want my money. I have an account already, but the app will only allow me to create a new account. I can't sign into my existing account! Had to order on laptop... You can't edit your order quantity from inside your cart. When I finally ordered, I didn't even get a confirmation email! Terrible online ordering.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used to order food. Half of the time it does not send a confirmation email after you place your order, occasionally after you select your store it will switch to another store, and the full list of items available in the restaurant are not available on the app. The worst part is if there is a problem with your order, say it gets sent to the wrong location, there is no way for the local store to refund your order. AVOID the app, call your local store or order in person. Would rate zero (0) stars if Google would let me.

App is horrible, can't login to the online site with the credentials from the app. My Order is consistently wrong, I don't believe the employees preparing the order get the full information, website ordering has different options, less confusing, and my order is always correct. No way to scan receipt for points? What year is this, how can such basic things be missing

Horrible horrible app. You try to select the location via the map and then it takes you to a list of locations. This list isn't in any particular order and is not searchable. So I finally found the location and started my order. You can't make a combo, only order everything separately. Then I tried to review my order, it wouldn't load. My choice was "clear cart" and "go back". I was never able to get the cart to open, I'll need to order by phone. Just an atrocious app.

Pita Pit needs to fire whoever designed this app. I'm sure they're losing some business because of it. I tried to order, even I went to check out it said it couldn't process it because one of the items want available, but it wouldn't tell me which item. I tried removing and adding items to figure out what was available and still kept getting the error, or the error that my order wasn't $10. Pita Pit get a real app designer.

I have had so many orders never delivered because the app doesnt send the order. In all honesty until they fix their app never use it, uber eats or other options will actually get the food to you. I live less then a mile a way but for some reason the orders fail everytime. Pita pit is amazing but their app is really really bad. I've lost over 30 bucks to it.

The most cumbersome and ineffective food ordering app I've ever encountered. You have menus and submenus and sub-sub extra side menus. Just for the toppings. Oh wait! That's just the pre-selected toppings. Want to customize? That's a whole nother set of menus! Very dumb app.

App doesn't work for pay/points anymore. The last 3 times i have been here, the shop will not scan. This had been about 6 months because i live in another town and we're eat here when we are passing through. Very frustrating! I have points and cannot use them. I haven't been able to earn any additional points either!
