I downloaded the app & logged in, using my total wireless number. Went to the home page & selected what I wanted to back up. Clicked on the back up icon in the right, top corner. I was prompted that my selections were backing up. I let it do its thing for nearly 30 mins. I checked to see what it had backed up. Nothing. 30 min of nothing.

I use the Total Wireless $50 phone plan and it still won't let me access the cloud account. I tried to chat with tech support (30min) who didn't know what the Total Wireless Cloud app was. A second call said it was for iPhone only. I tried back 30min later, another person said this app has nothing to do with Total Wireless Phone service. Then why is the only method of logging in, is to use my phone number? So this makes me wonder if this app is a scam... Going to the link they give - same result

You have to pay $50 right away or it's useless. And for Total Wireless Service once again I paid for another month of service for the $30 plan and never got the data that came with my service plan. Tried calling and talking to a representative. They told me to reboot it by turning it off and and back on and they would call me back. Calls 2× with no call back and having to repeat the process 3 times all together and never got anywhere with it. I use to love total wireless but it's not the same.

My experience with Total Wireless has been awesome. When I need assistance with my account or plan to upgrade my smartphone Total Wireless is the network I turn to first. I've been a customer for quite a few years now and just last year was connected for the first time in years that I started receiving Federal Lifeline Program for being a continuing account and Rewards Program customer for several years. I trust them alot more than any other carriers. Thank you Total Wireless for being there.

I have to app selected to back up everything except for my call history. The only thing it's backed up is contacts alone. No photos. 🤨 No documents. 🤨 No Messages. 🤨 There are hardly any settings to toggle to make this happen. Why is it not backing up the rest of my content?

Kind of a back up for my back up,, i use Google One services for my primary, but this cloud was available because i use the $50 plan,, for those who use family plans ($65,$85,$100) this service isn't available, i need way more than 50 gigs of cloud storage for almost 11 years worth of photos and whatnot but it's a nice lil perk to have access to,, does what it says it does and refreshes every few hours,, it's free with the mega plan and free is free,, i'm pretty happy with it

It's sad I purchase a $50 mega plan intentionally for the purpose of the 10gb hotspot only to try and turn on my hotspot but I get a pop up saying your plan doesn't support mobile tethering, hours and hours of talking with the uninformed customer service gets you no where they only transfer you for you to get hung up on, all in all horrible service will not get ROBBED BY TOTAL WIRELESS.

I have the 60GB plan and after downloading the app it says Oops sorry but you're not eligible for the cloud you have to change or upgrade your plan. What is the problem that's not allowing me to have the plan when I have already upgraded from the $60 plan to the $85 I don't see any difference but I would have 10 GB's of data less than what I have now.
