Terrible company. Could not use app to open gate. Had to pay to park elsewhere. They won't refund my money unless I provide a receipt for alternate parking. Automats don't usually provide receipts for tap-to-pay. I didn't see the option anyway. Now they want my credit card statement as proof. All for 20 Euro. Ridiculous company. And it wasn't even that much cheaper than what we ended up finding as an alternative.

App nag with fake notifications to get a rating (here is your few star rating!). Beside that, app content does not survive switching to another app which is infuriating, especially when filling the initial subscription form, which by the way is buggy (validators for card holder name are too picky and i had to work around them). Nothing to say about the service yet, this was just about the app.

An absolute shitshow. Let me paint you a little picture: You enter a garage in Nice to wash your car. You don't know about Zenparking. The garage has no network, so you cant download the app. You have no code to open the security doors. Through some help, you go out, download the app, try to add the payment method: nothing is accepted. If you try to do something so important, then HAVE A BACKUP PLAN, YOU EFFING DOUCHES.

Parking overbooked/misused!! Booked in Paris, got there, no spaces available. Service centre couldn't find alternatives. Had to drive round Paris to find (expensive!!) street parking. Will not use again unless more robust measures are taken to guarantee the space booked

It works good for going in and managing your reservation, but the problems come when you want to exit the garage: sometimes there is no internet so you can't open the garage. luckely I am with another person so one can run out and open the door. response to comment: I am not going to order a Zenpass while I am only a few days in Paris. Personal codes next to the vehicle access works the best.

Only used once, but worked out well. Was much cheaper than any other option around. Was a little confusing which can be little bit contributed to a language difference but like I said, worked out well.

Terrible, can't make an account due to a registration glitch where it will not accept any phone number as valid. No way to use the app or pay for parking in advance otherwise. Completely useless.

I simply can't use the app. The ability to create an account appears to be broken. Tried on Apple, Android, and laptop. Always tells me that the phone number is invalid. How can I give you my money when you won't take it???
