When I used this company for my commute to work, I'd book it for the night before, and they'd consistently not show up. I'd have to call them to ask where the taxi was and they regularly lied about being outside my home, when I explained that I was also outside, they changed it to "we're 5 minutes away sorry love" and they'd arrive 15 minutes after that. This happened multiple times a week for so long that I decided I'd rather make a risky walk through preston at 3am than show up late for work

Worst taxi service one can ever have! Really disappointed by the way how the driver was shouting and arguing and demanding to follow his rules as a passenger. I have just been discharged from hospital and hence booked the taxi, there's no app location for discharge lounge in the app, hence chose nearest spot and informed office and driver to come to the location. Even after all these driver kept on arguing. Fully unacceptable to any customer especially when unhealthy. Uninstalling👎

Overall I have pleasant drivers, but sometimes I find it annoying that I get the option to pay by card, yet some of the greedy b*stard drivers try to push for cash. I only use cash in a taxi if the card machine doesn't work (although sometimes I don't believe it's broken, but I can't argue I suppose) very annoying.

It's good but got a new number and can't put it in. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but still doesn't let me do it
