This app is quite confusing, the double menu structure a ux nightmare from the 90ies. But above all, it does not have a 24/7 support. For critical medical reports, this is utterly unacceptable. Especially, as it doesn't really add an extra layer of real security - just useless complexity. Once I download a report to my phone, it's as insecure as before.

The worst app experience ever. Maybe the idea was good, to push people into electronic health records with Covid, but, sorry, the implementation is terrible. With all the possible ways of getting securely identified and have your data safe, the most user unfriendly and complicated authentication methods are used and ... well, things just don't work either. Go back to your box, Doctor.

I guess this app is trying to win the world record as having the slowest server in the world... Probably an old 486 connected through a 24.4k dial up modem. If you don't have stress induced hypertension, trying to use this app will give it to you. Setting up the registration was a pain because between each unnecessary screen there was a very high chance that the app would lose connection to the server and you have to start again. I have been trying for half an hour to access my last covid test.

User interface needs improvement, and I had an identification verification issue that nearly cost me the required COVID report I need for travel. Fortunately, writing a 1-star report here led to a quick response, and the phone support was able to fix the issue immediately. So, app is still not great, but the support is, at least.

User unfriendly interface and useless in my case. For the rapid test result I've received a link via email but no PDF file attached. Why do you need app if the result is coming via email?!Anyway no success. Tech support is referring to a local bug at the test center and advising me to contact them again. Verification process is also dubious. I've thought about any upside but cannot find any.

Nothing works in this app, I get random error messages and it stops me from moving forward in the process. I've been trying on and off for the last 8 hours and still getting the same error messages, even on different phones and after deleting and installing the app multiple times.

This app is a huge garbage. First off, didn't get the registration email after 1,5 hours, and yes, checked also spam folder and yes, the email address was correct. Changed the email address and got it in 5min. OK, secondly, tried to scan the received barcode from the doctor, not working. Tried enter manually, Wrong barcode number. Such a garbage... unbelievable. Uninstalled it, I will call my doctor tomorrow.

Good idea, terrible execution. Putting the date every time when requesting the test is really a waste of time, my previous test result dissapeared once I requested new one with no possibility to retrieve the previous one. The app works slow, and looks like it's always loading on the main screen. It's embarrassing these certificates are not sent directly to email.
