He Pie

The app is full of errors, the old one was bad, this one even worse. When you want to activate bought tickets, an error message appears. It only says unauthorised, most other pages give a 403 Forbidden error. Most of the time the app is useless!!!

awful app. doesn't work, there was a "no internet connection" error code (I was using my mobile data, every other app worked just fine). because of this we couldn't get on a bus to go to the airport and had to call a taxi for 30x the amount of money. do better cotral. get your app fixed and train your drivers better cuz the motion sickness they're responsible for is no joke.

The app is very buggy, as per other reviews, but I managed to get a ticket with it and had no problems activating it and getting on the bus.

I bought 2 five-euro tickets for travelling from Rome Fiumicino Airport to Termini. Google pay option did not work, I bought it by manually adding my bank card details. When entering the bus, to activate the ticket, I needed to scan the QR code or manually adding 4-digit bus number - neither worked. The app is buggy, tickets could bot be activated. I had to pay extra 14 euro for 2 new tickets.

It takes at least 5 minutes to pay a ticket and very unfriendly and difficult to navigate.

The main issue:I bought the tickets trough the app, with the price shown in the app. Scanned my tickets in the bus, but the driver said they are not valid, and I have to buy new ones in the bus directly. By the drivers words, the price is different for the day and night ticket. But I bought tickets for the night bus, and app said me nothing about the price could be different. I disappointed I needed to pay twice. Additional - It'shard to find needed route in the app, user experience is bad.

It doesn't work all the time, i guess cause there are still around some old buses without GPS, and the app need some patches, but when it works is absolutely magnificent. I wish ATAC had the same service, expecially in the outskirts of Rome where a skipped bus ride is not an exception but a daily sad fact.

Abysmal! Searching for a route provides confusing and sometimes wrong information. Eg: Sutri to Vetralla on Sunday 30 April 2023. App said only one direct bus all day, 07.30. In fact, they run all day and start at 08.25. This app caused me so many problems when I needed reliable info on a 4 week trip. Does not utilise user location info, does not allow entry of UK phone number, even in the in-app format supplied, so buying tickets is impossible. Use TABNET app for that. I could go on...
