The ap works well but I'm not collecting any points. I've ordered through the ap 3 times now and I haven't received any points. The ap doesn't say how I can redeem points either, I have been told by a worker that you need to order at the counter to redeem the points.

Great burgers! But terrible app design. My local store states and has the option for delivery. Both times i've used this, it's been rejected (which I don't receive a notification outside of the app - and yes, i have notifications on). Hate how it only gives you ETA after you've paid, but before it accepts/rejects, and no ETA for pickup. I will either call or visit the store next time.

Placed my order using the app which was accepted by the store. Get a notification telling me my Pick up is ready. Upon arrival to collect my meal I'm told they don't serve a particular item. 1. Why accept my order?2. Why advertise these items it in the first place? I was also told by the store I should have my mobile number on the account... Hmmm Still waiting, still hungry. Thanks guys.

Does not take PAYPAL?? What the hell? Wants me to give some developers my card details. Get with the time. App is not good to use. By the time you do everything to order your dinner your at a point to get breakfast. Burgers are good but app is terrible.

Apparently I don't exist in the store computer, despite me showing the staff my profile on the app. What's the point of signing up.
