Aplikasi seluler Resmi Angkatan Laut AS, diproduksi oleh MyNavy HR IT SolutionsAplikasi seluler Ujian Kelayakan Pengetahuan Militer Profesional (PMK-EE) Angkatan Laut adalah cara mudah bagi Pelaut untuk mempersiapkan dan mengikuti ujian yang diperlukan sebagai bagian dari proses kemajuan tamtama untuk nilai gaji E4 hingga E7.
PMK-EE versi revisi isi terdiri dari 100 soal yang tersebar di lima bagian:

-- Warisan Angkatan Laut,
-- Profesionalisme, dan
-- Pertempuran & Kesiapan.
Pelaut harus mencapai nilai kelulusan 80 persen atau lebih tinggi pada setiap bagian untuk lulus PMK-EE. Kegagalan untuk melewati suatu bagian akan mengharuskan bagian tersebut diambil kembali. Individu juga harus mencapai skor kelulusan keseluruhan sebesar 80 persen atau lebih tinggi pada PMK-EE untuk tingkat gaji berikutnya yang lebih tinggi agar memenuhi syarat untuk mengikuti Ujian Kemajuan Angkatan Laut (NWAE) untuk tingkat gaji tersebut.
Saat Pelaut keluar dari aplikasi sebelum menyelesaikan suatu bagian, aplikasi akan menandai tempat itu. Saat berikutnya aplikasi dibuka, aplikasi kembali ke lokasi yang ditandai, memungkinkan Pelaut melanjutkan ujian dari titik itu.

Not sure why so many people have issues with the app. Majority of the issues I've read in these reviews are due to user error. Don't overthink it, just complete the sections required and when you're done click on "completed course" tab, fill in your information and send it off. You can download the PDF right after. Works perfect for me! Received full credit.

Completed PMK course ware and attempted to send certificate to myself. The first attempt ended in with an email containing several lines of code. I tried again and saved it to my gmail. That was the only way it would save as a readable pdf file. Problem is it doesn't remember actual completion date, it uses current date. Since the app has you enter dod id it should be able to save actual date.

Don't take the exams through the app just go to navy e-learning. The email it sent with the certificate is in an unreadable .erg format. It also didn't send NSIPS, e-learning, or Fltmps any confirmation. Then the app updated and cleared my progress so I have to do it all over again. Not worth.

You would assume a tab called "Eligibility Study Materials" in an app designed for mobile use would have actual study materials. Surprise! It doesn't. There are just links to a bibliography PDF and some PDFs describing the pmk-ee system. The bibliography doesn't even link to the resource. Every link is just too the BOL NPC homepage where you then have to search for the actual document. Man. How convenient on a tiny phone screen with limited network access.

It does not retain exam completion information. Iit says I passed the course but then it tells me that it's not able to record my course information and that I have to restart all over again. This was the 2nd time the app has done this to me. First time DENow I'm very behind to completing on the due date - January 31st. I'm not very happy. I also tried Navy E-earning that continued to freeze the program prevented from working each time as well. I sent my complaint to you before no response.

finished all 5 of the exams and right after it logged me out and the entire app didn't even work. every time I tried to use it, it would just have a blue screen. all my info was not saved or anything. had to start everything over on the computer. horrible app.

Don't waste your time. I completed the course on the app only to receive a certificate with no score on it and then found there is no point of contact to fix the problem. Had to retake the entire course on Navy E-learning for it to be validated. The navy needs to delete this app.

Just one more way leaderahip fails Sailors. I am completely lost for words. There is no way to fully describe how upset I am that i wasted time that i could have spent with my family. I completed everything and then a glitch to storage that one would think would be the most important part of programing in an app the involves Sailors advancement opportunity, and everything is gone. I'm ashamed that my tax money and others was used to create this terrible app.
