Since last year I've been trying to log in everytime I visit and it keeps telling me my password has expired and to change it but the send verification code link doesn't work so I get into a loop. So frustrating. I've mentioned it while in a location and saw mentions on this app review dated last year and no resolution. I have a Droid. I would've thought someone would've done a QA when people started posting issues but apparently not.

It was working fine up until your recent update. Now, the app keeps telling me my password had expired, and I needed to change it. I tried on the app, and it will not let me move forward with processing it. Since I couldn't do so on the app, I changed it online. Afterward, I tried to log in with the new password, and it told me it is still expired. It also seems to lock the screen, so I have to force the app to stop.

Works for the most part. Poor text/background choices. Some pages have a black background with grey text. This makes it hard to read instructions. Ordering from the menu is easy but when trying to check out, the option to login to my Landry membership account doesn't work. So I have to check out as a guest which means I am not receiving my purchase points. Also I am not able to apply my gift card for payment. This will be an amazing app if thes things are addressed.

This App is not very good. Sometimes I have to log in to use it. I feel I was deceived by the server to become a Landry's club member. She said I would get points for every dollar spent. However, I went to two Landry's restaurants, but no points have been added to my account. I made an inquiry about it on the App, but got no response. What is the point of the membership if I'm not earning any reward points? Not sure I want to go to a Landry's restaurant anymore. I'm not happy with my membership.

Need to allow for redeeming credits on the app. Called into a Salt grass location to place order and redeem my credits before they expired. Was placed on hold for over 30 mins. Had to call back and ask to speak to a manager as I had been left on hold for a line that clearly no one was going to answer. This 2023 and you'll are still operating like it's pre technology era.

Point Thieves! Besides the fact this app gives you nothing but issues when logging in indicating incorrect password even after reset, points disappear. Had over 4,000 point at a restaurant acquired by Laundry's, points are gone and Laundry's DOES NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES! Don't buy into their loyalty program. You think it would be simple...it's not.

The app makes it incredibly easy to track your rewards and the ability to select whether you want to spend or accumulate rewards is brilliant. Also great for locating affiliated restaurants and seeing what theyvare like. Good stuff... Other dining rewards programs could learn a lot from Landry's.

Cannot log in. Each time it says my password expired and I need to reset it, but then it asks for a verification code. Then it says "Due to an error we cannot send verification code." Then I go to the Help section to submit a support request, and I get an error saying "Sorry, we are unable to send your help request at this time." This is a serious issue that needs to be fixed.
