Over the last 2 times that I have tried to book a supershuttle and was about to pay, it popped up with an error saying that my device wasn't connected to the internet. However, the strange thing is that my device was both times connected to the internet. In the end I had to use another type of transport up to get to my destinations.

The idea of tha app is really good, but poorly implemented. I finally managed to make a booking after 3 attempts as it kept crashing. But now I can't see my booking because it throws an error when trying to retrieve it. Hopefully they'll fix all the bugs as it seems a useful app.

looks pretty, easy to navigate. but completely fails to integrate with Facebook logon or Google pay saved credit card. Even filling in with auto field values fails on phone number in +64 format. searching "airport" isn't smart enough to sort by distance

Terrible app. It does look good, open and you can book a shuttle, but it's frustrating to use as it won't save your profile details such as name, phone number and address and these have to be manually entered to make a booking

I have android 6 but the app is telling me to install their new app for android 4 and above. I have had the app before and only install it when I am tracking shuttle rides, as they often come earlier or later. It is now useless to me and I don't know when my shuttle is arriving. My shuttle arrived 10 minutes early.

Worse app EVER! Never works. Always error messages. After phoning to get help with online booking, I was advised to delete the app and not use it?? Just advised book over the phone, which costs more!. Pointless, don't you think? Having an app that doesn't work!! Uber for me now, EVERY time!

This seemed a good idea but having installed and followed the prompts to add my existing bookings the app kept crashing. Therefore pointless. I certainly will not be adding any credit card details as I have no confidence in the app's stability and therefore security!

Used to work well and be practical to follow my bookings and show these to driver when boarding. Since last update doesn't detect any internet network and cannot connect to its own central server anymore - had to uninstall.
