The Aico SmartLINK app is designed to work with the SmartLINK Gateway and the SmartLINK cloud portal which guides installers through the process of installing the SmartLINK Gateway and Aico RF devices. This allows install data to be pushed to the SmartLink Cloud portal providing a complete digital installation record of each property where devices are installed.

The SmartLINK App is designed for users with existing log-in details provided to them by their SmartLINK Portal system administrator. If you do not have log-in details for the SmartLINK App, contact your administrator or alternatively email the below:

I've managed to register all my alarms on the app with technical support from aico, which was very good. Once up and running the app itself could be improved. I don't see the point of the "View Installations' page when you are a private home owner..... It's just a pointless screen to get through. I was also hoping I could wirelessly test the alarms rather than having to climb up to test them manually. That seems a wasted opportunity to make the most of thier wireless nature.

Says end user should be able to use this app. But needs the installer to set it up. Was hoping for a smart detector... Useless application if not an installer can't set up.

Useless app for an overpriced smoke alarm. Can't register. Company say its designed for existing users contact my systems administrator...the council installed these thing, who do I contact now then? Useless overpriced tat that doesn't even work as intended.

Can't register, what a waste of paying extra money thinking you could link it to your smart phone, finding out you can only link it to already registered people.
