Swords Fit Camp is comprised of trainers with a vast experience of training clients in the fitness industry for many years. Our highly trained team of trainers provide an excellent training experience, allowing our clients to have fun and all whilst achieving amazing results.

Co-Owner Keith O'Neill has been in the fitness industry since 2008. Using his knowledge and experience he is an expert in weight loss, enhancing tone, strength and size.

Keith’s personal training service features rapid visual results as well as extreme improvements in strength, fitness and health. He has successfully trained clients from rank beginners to competitive athletes, as well as working with people with health problems the result of which has vastly improved their quality of life.

Co-Owner Ciaran Magee has been in the fitness/ leisure and high performance industries since 2002. Having coached some of Ireland's top Olympians and also involved in consultancy with some of Ireland's biggest national governing bodies and high performance sporting campus's. He also is the exclusive official distributor and education provider for TRX training and Zuu/Ankorr training through his company Body Training Systems. Ciaran’s extensive background in these industries means he brings a vast wealth of knowledge and experience for coaching our clients.
