The app is very convenient. Although I would like to point out that the symbols used in explainations are hard to read. The mathematical equations need tobe more readable. Also, there is a new update due to which I cannot download videos anymore which is a huge problem as I have to rely on good network. Please look after the matter. I lost a lot of my downloaded videos.

The content is good, but is a nightmare to access. Everytime I open the app it asks for Login Pass and OTP. The Exergic site too never remembers me and I have to go through the login and OTP verification every single time. I thought the app will solve the problem but no. Login and OTP are required here too everytime. The site is better in a way that at least the browser remembers the login credentials.

There is one issue in this app is when we suddenly jump to the middle of the video for revision ( For example I jump from 1.00 to 5.12) it get stuck where I jump . Even though I have good wifi with good speed it happens and even in downloaded video it happen too. To resolve it I need come out of the video then I want to go again to play again. Other wise the content, quality, and support are beyond the level THANK YOU Chandresh Mahajan sir

I was a user in the period 2021-22 IC engine class Completed in 10 lectures that too each lecture consist of only 5/10 mins Whole subject computed with only 10/20 numericals some are very easy some are very very tough , whereas gate ask mostly easy to moderate questions, all topics even not covered in Video lectures Not recommended to purchase exergic total waste of money and time , you can get other courses They all build up their publicity based on test series

The latest update is the worst ever. The app is crashing when i press download on videos. The last version was the most stable one so far. You need to fix this update fast. Or bring back the previous version. I never had a crash with the previous version .

The support team is worst, they don't act responsibly. The app doesn't work properly, it always shows multiple login error even in the same device. The content is well explained, but uploading of subject topics is very late and delayed. Don't know when they will upload complete course. They are not uploading the topics as per the schedule. The support team gives an irresponsible answer which destroys all the impression about Exergic and get frustrated and regret for buying the course.

1. There should be an option to download all instead of clicking one by one 2. There should be a support in Appstore like most of the education apps like edx, udemy and unacademy 3. My android phone is off smaller screen 4. I'm rating the interface but not content 5. I paid 1000 rs more in June than what it is now (study material course) without knowing that it doesn't support iOs 6. The support is pathetic. They didn't even reply back.

There is no option of choosing video download quality. Videos get downloaded automatically at maximum quality which consumes too much data as well as space on phone. There should be an option to choose, at which quality we want to download video.
