Inflow is a well-designed and thoughtful app. The modules are clear, practical, and truly helpful for staying focused and grounded. The support team has also been amazing. Special thanks to Quiny for going above and beyond to support me when it truly mattered — their kindness and effort didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, I feel more motivated and supported, and I’m genuinely grateful for this resource. Highly recommended!

The lessons are interesting but a little long winded for someone with ADD. And a monthly fee of 49.99 seems a bit steep. I might have stuck with it for a little longer had it been 7.99. The app has a few technical glitches too. It keeps getting stuck/ I kept going round in circles because it doesn't always register what you've looked at. So I had to keep closing and reopening the app to move on.

This is essentially a $200 ADHD book. The actual content of the modules is good but there is absolutely nothing in the app that justifies such an exorbitant (even exploitative) price tag: it's not interactive at all, it just has quizzes and spaces for reflection - which you could have in a book anyway. I cancelled my membership after one year.

as other comments have stated you could buy a one time purchase book that does the same thing, a few journals and it'll do the same thing the crazy price tag is not worth it, I used it for the trial peorid and got similar results to the books I own. also they say they'll send you a reminder when the service is almost up but they don't, I seen a charge on my card and I'm stuck with the service untill June 1st, waste of 50 bucks. However it's a great starting point for those who aren't aware yet.

This has been the one app that has worked for helping me overcome my ADHD and other challenges I have. The information is presented in a way that works for those with a shorter attention span and has an option for audio too. The chat bot, Quinn, is a great resource that provides information and helps by finding options on how to deal with various challenges. There is an option for a subscription too that's reasonable. I highly recommend this app if you are struggling and stuck.

Always a good experience with this app. I've gotten two years by applying for it and I'm hoping I'll use it more regularly as to get my sh** together so I don't have to apply for a scholarship again, 3rd time's the charm but I have set the bar higher because I don't want to feel like a bum. Thanks for making this accessible for us late bloomers that need help but cannot afford beautiful tool boxes as this app right now because of mental health struggles keeping us from work temporarily. 💕

Most of the things in this app you probably already know if youre an adult. its a one off app, and price suggest that it aims on high churn, while exploiting forgetful folk. Important note: after the subscription ends, you lose access to all your notes and hints from the courses you've finished.

It's clear that the people who made this understand ND brains, fully. The app is pleasing to look at and use, without being overwhelming. It is encouraging that I don't need to commit a lot of time or energy to get results. It's actually something I can see myself sticking with long term so I'm in it for the yearly renewal. I have tried a lot of other things that have crashed and burned in a week. If you're unsure, just do the free trial. I am pleasantly surprised.
