I moved and I can't change my primary studio in that app. Evertime I open the app, I see information for a studio I no longer visit. I asked an employee about this and he suggested to cancel my contract and make a new one in the new location.

Absolutely useless app. You need to download the app in order to go to the gym and make an appointment. But the app won't allow you to choose which club you want to train at, so you still have to book a training session from the website like it or not. Clearly no one tested the app to see if it works

The app is not working. Neither with data on nor WiFi. You need to fix that asap.

Just registered with 7 11, the app doesn't even work to take prior appointments. Pathetic app. You guys need to fix this ASAP.

If I am going to gym today at 15:00 And tomorrow I want to go at 09:00 I cannot book the appointment until 15:00 by which time all slots are booked. Did anyone think about that?
