An absolutely miserable experience. It's extremely temperamental, only working a fraction of the time. Despite the app name in the store being "Genea" it's not called that once installed (it's just called "Mobile Access"), so trying to find it in the app drawer is a nightmare if you don't remember to search for its generic name or look for the forgettable icon. The only thing that would make this worse is if it stopped working the 25% of the time that it does.

I get the error message "App cannot run safely on rooted devices", but mine is not rooted.

Sequr is effortless and easy to use and provides me with much needed flexibility with overseeing our company access control. I manage three different offices and can switch between all locations within the app to remotely unlock doors if necessary. I can also oversee door statuses at any time of day from anywhere in the world, giving me peace of mind.

Seems to be very temperamental, depends on the users device to how well it works. Some people always have issues, some have them rarely but just about everyone hates it!!! It's just another problem, another frustration, wish it worked like it did on paper!!

It's temperamental but works overall. My biggest issue is that it doesn't show in apps. I have to open store each time and click open from there. Any ideas?

I oversee user access at our property. The thing I love most about Sequr is that I can remotely lock and unlock doors directly from my phone. Plus their customer support team is super responsive and always ready to help.

When I attempt to log in, it invariably returns the error, and I quote in its entirety, "Internet not available, please try." Tried on Wi-Fi and 4G, both of which work fine for my other apps.

Easy to use and works as advertised. I was able to get the app installed and configured and gain access to my companies suite very quickly! Way better than using key cards!
