I purchased 2 different types of ticket and I am not able to scan the QR in the bus. The app stops working when I have to scan the QR. but it's accessable when I have to buy another ticket. I also emailed, I dint get any response.

Their app is down a lot, especially when you need it ! I've been in Parma 2 weeks and twice the app has been down just as I need to catch a bus. Just have a blank page at the moment, 2 blue bars where my tickets should be, my partners phone is the same.

Worst service experienced in Italy. Ticket purchased in the app is hard to be validated in the bus. QR code didn't work properly many times. More stupid is the rules. Checkers in the bus should be aware of the difficulties arise when using the app and behave more sensibly. The application should be changed in a way that makes tickets valid from the moment of purchase - a simple job of an app developer. Technologies should be used to support people, not to capitalize through bad services.
