This app is useless. No where to submit maintenance requests. Once, months ago, I did find somewhere to submit them & it wouldn't let me upload a photo but you can't submit the request without one. Now even that function seems to have gone. No way to request urgent maintenance on the wknd. Just have to wait & hope your agent will call you back

The ADVISOR

I keep receiving messages from a utility callback service. The SMS they sent does not have a working opt out link. They are annoying me with calls. When I downloaded this app, there's no way to untick this annoying service so I deleted the app. Go away with your calls and SMS.

As a tenant, I downloaded the app solely to submit service requests. This does not appear to work as intended. When I submit a ticket it does not appear to have gone through. Awful experience.

I've been a loyal tenants since 2016.. great Company.. excellent staff .. Property Management department is amazing at the Reservoir Offices.. on Broadway... when it's time to buy.. would stay with N.Alexander hands down. A HUGE thanks to our PManager.. she's amazingly gifted 😊

This app is excellent and easy to use. You can request services on the app without calling the office. And you can expect a phone call from a technician the next day or 2. Thank you for making my life easier.

It's ok when it works, but every time I use this app I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It's very annoying.

Doesn't work, it won't go past the set up screen without crashing. Hopefully it'll be more reliable in the future

Doesn't seem to work with Android. It won't let you up load photos but says uploading photos is mandatory so you can't ever actually submit that there's an issue
