Mediocre app that seems to have quite a few areas in need of improvement. The double authentication glitches require IT help, and I am now currently unable to log-in due to an update that doesn't exist. The app is easy to navigate when it works, and the setup for claims is nice. Not being able to view what receipt you submitted for the photo claim is a pain though.

Bad UI, not responsive, not user friendly and not intuitive. Photoclaims only work when you take a picture (not when you upload file - image cropped) and finding a provider on the map is everything but intuitive. The website has the same issues, adding the fact there is no Photoclaim option.

Terrible. UI doesn't work. Can't upload. Confusing interface. Parts of the app don't load or respond to input. They tried to just take the website and shove it into the app.

App sucks. I put in my user name and info, then accidentally hit the back button. Now it won't let me complete my profile with the same username, or the same credentials despite not completing it to begin with

This is the most 4ediculous app to use. Very poor , difficult to get signed in to. Onstantly redirects to an app update that doesn't work.

Won't let me login on the computer and now the app is saying I have to update but the update will only let me add to another account. So I am currently unable to do anything with my account.

Biometrics don't work. They send a password to your email and you have to use that password everytime.. it's annoying. Please let us sign in by fingerprint it's 2021.
