I don't see any added value to this app. Don't even have shop listing or map in the app. Can't collect point in all the shops. And holiday redeem point is limited to 1 gift per account regardless of how much you spend. If you're trying to attract people to shop more, a stupid move. They just forcing people to download the app. But doesn't have anything convenient or attractive enough to have me keep the app. Delete account and app. Not worth it.

The parking payment through this app took two times RM 3 from my TNG app and then said payment was unsuccessful. But yet payment was deducted. Then, I decided to use TNG card to exit and it took another RM 4 from my TNG card (cos didn't get the RM 1 discount). So in total I paid RM 10 for parking that would only cost RM 3.

Update 2024: Mall directory has been added! That's a good improvement and am happy that my suggestion was taken into consideration. Also, we can redeem points for parking discount now though insufficient for full payment. Good thing the RM1 member discount still applies. Only thing left is the search bar for list of tenants with point collection (there is in the mall directory only)

The old version (during new launch) of IOI club, no lagging and slow issue. After update the current new version I get trouble when using the APP, it slow, lagging, and unable to pay the parking thru APP, it will happen no respond and auto restart the IOI CLUB APP after click on the approval of the security touch n Go payment gateway. I have tried for many times , and it still not work for me. Hope your can look into the matter ASAP. I did drop my email as well to your. Please review.

Worst shopping mall app I guess. TnG pay for parking never been through. GrabPay might works but takes very long time. Most of the shops in IOI City mall cannot give you points. I come here almost every week but I think it's competitors giving better customer experience.

Extremely handy app for paying car park at IOI CITY. My only gripe is the paid receipts don't show up in my Photo Gallery despite giving permission. For now, I have to screenshot manually each time after paying. EDIT: it appears that it saves directly into the DCIM folder. Managed to find it by browsing through My Files browser manually. I suggest the developer create a folder within DCIM(maybe 'Club IOI') and save the screenshots there.

Ever since the app upgraded, I could never pay parking via the app anymore. This is very ridiculous as the app is supposed to ease the parking payment as well as giving the free RM1. Now it's not happening after upgrade. I think it's a downgrade instead. Now paying parking is no longer a problem, however, the app interface for Apple user and android user is different, apple user seems to have more rewards than android's.

Most awful app ever Despite the name club ioi and the features, the performance of this app is rubbish. The most frequent appeared message is please wait in loading, then loaded for 20min and at the end just return network problem. I just want to pay parking!!! Looking your mall's popularity and welcomeness, please fix the performance of this app, your customers would most willingly to use all the features you promoting in this app.
