App keeps crashing. As soon as I try to open it, it closes.

When trying to view my tickets, it always says login expired but doesn't give an option to log in. You have to close out the app then reopen. When trying to sell tickets, the payment method button isn't working.

For someone that just wants to deal with Ohio State tickets this app is a pain in the neck to work with. For all the other stuff I'm sure it has some value. Half the time things don't work correctly. It is slow.

App is horrible. It was clunky last season and not reliable. I logged in a few weeks ago after getting my tix and screens wouldn't load. I've tried the last two days and it crashes every time and won't open. Disappointing because I like buying the experiences and it can only be done through the app. Guess save money this year.

This app was so great before, but the latest update has ruined it. My account never stays logged in, so I have to basically set it up from scratch every time I open the app. The refresh rate is also very low, so it's very choppy when scrolling. And aesthetically speaking, it looks like it was made in 2016.

App no longer works when trying to access your season tickets. Just keeps repeating and never logs in. Tried removing and reinstalling with no luck.

OSU ticketing app is absolutely ridiculously bad. It's frustrating and never works correctly. It's really embarrassing in this day and age that an institution like Ohio State can't get a basic ticketing app to work correctly. All I'm trying to do is sell my tickets and the app freezes constantly and doesn't do what it's supposed to do. I already tried uninstalling it and turning phone off and back on. Still freezes. Would almost be better to have no app at all than this one.

I would rate it zero if that were an option. I'm finding it impossible to download my tickets for the 1st game. I get to View/Manage My Tickets option, it takes me to a Tickermaster Sign-in page, where I enter my Email address and Password, click Go, it takes me to Sign In to- Ohio State University Athletics, showing the same Email and Password. I click Go again. It takes me to acreen with3 dancing dots that runs until the screen shuts down.
