The app takes too long to load. This is a security concern when you're standing outside your building waiting for the app to load so that you can get in. This wouldn't be a problem if spaceship mode worked, but it never does. Also, the app regularly logs me out without telling me, which I do not realize until I am in my car outside the gate with cars behind me and I have to re-enter my cell phone number and password, and then get a code texted to me before I can get into my building.

This by far has been the worst experience using this app. MOST of the time I can barely access my front door and none of the other doors. It's like shooting dice and hoping you land 2 sevens which is barely. I have been using this app for almost a month and most of the time I want to throw my phone into the wall. It's so frustrating and if I was someone being chased towards the door and need immediate access, I would be a sitting target. Do better and provide UPDATES!!!!! Pixel 8 Pro user.

Takes upwards of 20 seconds to find lock by proximity. Cannot use spaceship mode on home door (not registered as a favorite, no permission to add to favorites). Cannot add multiple pins for the door. Locking the door is moderately responsive, but still takes 3+ seconds for the door to realize you're trying to lock it. Occasionally locks door while it's open for indiscernible reasons. It's about two years too early for market. At this point it's worse in every way from having a key.

**Update** I've been using the app for several months to access the common areas and the door lock was just recently installed. It only works if you're by the sensor. I've only had Rocket open automatically maybe a handful of times. It's far more convenient to use my key fob remote. The door lock is worse. It only connects if I'm standing at the door so I use the keypad however the keypad use isn't logged in the app so I have no real idea of entry or exit to my home.

Even using Bluetooth mode (supposedly faster than wifi) it takes way longer to connect to the lock and unlock than it ever did to use my key. Even the fastest mode for getting into my apartment (keypad) still takes SO LONG, as I often have to touch the screen several times before it wakes up and displays. Tried Spaceship mode and (in addition to being extremely sus) it's virtually useless in my building given the ten max limit on favorites. No one would use this if not forced by a landlord.

It's a really dumb idea to replace key fobs with this system. I've been living with it for a while, including several weeks with the "faster" NFC system enabled. It's still slow, and the app sometimes crashes. Then I'm left with no way to get into the building or into the parking garage. Also, sometimes I want to go for a run and a key fob is way more convenient than lugging around a phone. If anything, this system should be another option along side, but in no circumstances a complete replacement for, key fobs. This is especially true now that the app crashes immediately after opening since the last version update (Pixel 5, up to date Android 12). Until they get it fixed, I'll have to rely on others to get into the building and down to the parking garage. Key fob - I miss you!

Klunky, slow, and just inconvienient to use. Inferior to a key fob in every way. Could it prove useful in a pinch? Sure, but this should not be the primary method of access to someone's home. Phone's battery dies? Whoops, oh well. No access for you. Don't get signal on the ground floor of the parking garage? Hope you don't need to use any of those doors. Replacing our fobs with this app is the stupidest thing the apartment complex has ever done. And that is saying something.

What a piece of junk this app is, but if we want access to our complex we've got to use it. If your management company is considering it, tell them to look elsewhere. (A) updates force a complete new login, good luck remembering the password you set months or years ago; (B) yes, there's buggy password reset process; enjoy that 3-step process IF IT WORKS when you're trying to drive into your parking lot; (C) No Android Auto or Apple Car Play integration, how useful. 😒
