Haven't used this much yet, but note there's no way to disable the frequent marketing notifications, so have had to disable all notifications from the app at the Android level when not actually riding.

App doesn't show location properly and doesn't always update for where the driver is. Also they ping you regular ads that you can't opt out of unless you switch off notifications altogether. Annoying!

I love not having to call to get through and the app works fine for me EXCEPT the pin isn't accurate despite me putting the right address in. 8/10 times that's fine but sometimes you get rude and angry drivers moaning about the pin and going to the wrong place. Either the pin needs to be accurate or you need to remove the pin and just have an address.

App barely works. Most of the time it thibks I am in Africa (despite location services being on) and will not let me book a taxi. When I try and manually enter my address it doesn't let me. Then you try and call the company and you are left with an automated voice that apparently books you a taxi but then the taxi just never turns up. What has happened to 247?

Edit. All problems resolved. A simpecand very convenient method of booking a taxi, including what vehicle type.

Great early in the evening but come +9pm they cancel on you and say you cancelled it. I did like them bit not now.

Always late, sometimes never pick up at all. Order 40 mins in advance and no one turns up. Had a better system to check your journey and changed it to not being able to track your cab. Do Not Use

App is awkward and doesn't function correctly. Almost impossible to book a cab to a specific location. Don't try and ring the office either as they wont answer anyway.
