would be great if it work as it's intended, the way it tracks the driver on the route it show the inaccuracy to the point of making it look as if you are not intending to drive the way it is showing, and not showing any video from the event in question, there is a AI system the it could be connected to but instead they opt for some low graded tracking system that does not help navigate or show you what you did wrong or correct, the tools are there, but it sad to see a wasted attempt at tracking.

In looking at all the "data" collected from user reviews, out of the 11 listed, three are in the year 2021. Comparing to the"data" collected from the endless feed of "negative" reviews vs the 11 "positive" reviews, it's plain to see that when it comes to the developers actually fixing this flawed app, they would much rather blame the driver. Good luck out there, guys! Drive safely, and remember NOT to run the mentor app on the same device as the flex app, and that should help improve your score

This app is not based on real life applications. I get phone manipulation deductions for ending my route when the van is parked in the parking lot after the end of my shift. The FICO score system does not really prove anything. At some point in you're route you are forced to make u-turn because of the way the stops are made in the Amazon Flex app. Constant u-turns if you follow the order, it's ridiculous, then the mentor app deducts points for that.

This app is incredibly unreliable. It's supposed to automatically detect when you change your mode of travel. But it registers you getting out of the vehicle as phone manipulation. The GPS is eractic, and every time it jumps positions it tags drivers for hard acceleration or hard braking I even took screenshots. DO NOT USE!!!!

Hate that I have to use this app for work. Videos are non stop, repetitive, and extremely annoying. Even if you have a perfect score (850) you still get videos. If you have a job that requires you to run this app on the device you use to do your job (Amazon Delivery) you are screwed. You will get hit for distracted driving even if you never touch the device while driving. You can get hit for hard cornering if you burn through a hard dip in the road. So many issues with app that affect your job.

This app is absolutely horrible. Unless you're a delivery company looking for ways to avoid making good on bonuses or other promises made to your drivers. In that scenario it's a great app! False flags are common. Woefully inaccurate. I've intentionally tried to get flagged but didn't get flagged while on the other hand got ten instances of phone manipulation because I was going down a rough dirt road and the phone cradle was bouncing. In the land of epic failures this app is king.

Constantly this app has dinged me for phone manipulations. For weeks now I've gotten at least one. While going back through some of them. It would appear like at certain times of the day it has dinged me. That to me is a strange occurrence. Or having got dinged at the same stop 2 weeks apart from each other. Please explain to me why in just the last week and a half your app has dinged me for phone manipulations at the same time of day. Your app is woefully inaccurate. Amazon trash this app!!!!

If backing up is marked as a penalty, then they may as well add in driving in general as a hazard because it's an absolute essential feature to get around. There other features on this app that make no sense whatsoever yet they are programmed in as intended. The sad thing is, is that the app developers know this but won't change that. There's absolutely no way this app was made for the genuine concern for drivers' safety. This app seems to only have been created as a facade to please investors.
