Everytime I try to log in or do anything the app first becomes unresponsive for about 5 minutes and forces me to reset the app before I can do anything. Very annoying!

My experience was very good with this app but has declined. Recently when trying to punch in, the app gets locked in to "receiving" for 10 sometimes more minutes. Because of this I end up punching in late by a few minutes. Company policy is a minute late is 15. The app being stuck in receiving is costing me money. A time clock that can't be punched in to on time is no good at all. If this was fixed my opinion would improve immensely.

I dont like this app for various reasons, but even it's functionality is a bit odd. Why does the location data get deleted from the history side of things, once the location is removed from the location list. Seems an oversight. Location data, at least the name of not the actual data should stay attached to the history information. We have so many jobs that if I go back a week, I couldn't tell you what I did because there is nothing.

does not show hours worked, so if you don't go in and sit down and actually do the math you have no clue as to how many hours you worked. this NEEDS to be addressed. who cares if there is a splash of color. fix the damn app and allow us to see our hours worked. don't even know if your getting shitted out hours or not. as for syncing, it will only sync if I'm on wifi. so when your out and about you can't sync. FIX THIS APP

doesn't even record some days. At least once a week I got to clock out for the day and the app doesn't even have me clocked in when I know for a fact I clock in with it everyday and take the stupid picture. Please fix this issue. I'm tired of telling management to record my time when your app slips up and doesn't track my time.

I have a Galaxy Note 8 and now the Time Card section does not work at all! It used to give me issues on refreshing, but now nothing is there! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and then back in, restarted my phone and nothing is working. This needs to be fixed! When it did work sometime showed my hours as double punches.

Offline work should be available, if it doesn't have cellular or gps its very slow, it's pretty slow already. Switching jobs is a pain, you should be able to switch jobs without logging out. If I missed time I should be able to go back a day and add it. Overall not very well executed, very basic. Edit: no end of problems with this app. Not a week goes by without a screwed up timesheet

Bogus. There are 3 employees clocked in at the same site and it still tells each of us that we're the only one there. Time card doesn't seem to update appropriately. Not helpful. Tracking just drains battery. Can't clock in/out without GPS fix, so if it's a storm, I'm stuck waiting and hoping for signal.
