This app never works properly. At least the original My Hitron was simple and worked. I can hardly ever access the connected devices. When I actually can access them and I set up a pause schedule it doesn't always follow the sch I set (if at all). The app is overall frustrating, junk, and a space waster on my phone.

The previous app at least worked. This app does not even allow me connect with the modem, it tells me my service provider has disabled the mobile app. I called Shaw and they have no clue about it. This is the perfect example of worst communication between two services providers. End result the customer is suffering.

If I could give no stars and leave a review. I downloaded the app after the original one stopped working. This app sees my network but won't go past that screen. I've even scanned my moden and it still doesn't work. Don't waste your time downloading this...

I don't like that I can't use my modem login! Then when I'd made peace with using a google login it repeatedly responded that I wasn't connected to wifi. I has just downloaded the app. Hitron might be good at hardware but their software constantly disappoints.

Downloaded installed and after clicking my login option, app tell me it's incompatible with device. Since app is incompatible after signing in you get one star for misleading the compatibilities with this phone before download and for wasting my time.

Waste of time. After you create an account then you can your equipment only to find out its incompatible. After talking with me ISP they are clueless. Can't wait for Hitron to respond with the classic "I'm sorry your experience was to your liking" yeah and I'm sorry you guys can't make a functional app.

I wanted to use this app but why do you need access to my Facebook or access to all my sensitive information from my Gmail account? I'm deleting it.. I'm good on all that.. Not sure how hard is it to just create a username and password instead of wanting access to my accounts.. Hard pass
