Review of the app: the app functions smooth & so far my experience with the app has been ok. I've been able to get discounts initiailly but afterwards there' no discount at all. The ticket costs are only marginally lesser than other websites and not something you would be so excited about. Poor Customer Service: I requested for transfer of Happy Gold wallet amount to my bank account on 1st Feb but so far they have not reaponded to my emails. Pls take action immediately.

The pricing of the flights is said to be very low in happyeasygo. But after you search the flight,the price shown there and the price at the checkout vary drastically. So drastic that a flight of 1900 turns out to be 3000 after checkout. They hide the actual price of the flight and just show a minimal charge. As well,the coupon they provide works but by increasing the price of the ticket. If you apply a coupon,it's expected to reduce the price of the ticket but here,it increases the ticket fare.

My experience with HappyEasyGo is not that good. When I requested them to send the e-ticket, they informed me that they will cancel my ticket (that too 22 hours after booking the ticket). The refund would take 10-15 days of time. They never gave me the reason why they are going to canceling my ticket. It seems like, they are playing very cheap trick to sell the same ticket for higher rate when your travel date is nearing. I urge the HappyEasyGo team to change their app name to SadHardNoGo.

Worst customer care service!! I booked a hotel through them but when I reached there the person at reception told me that the booking is not valid and he won't consider it. Tried to reach to HappyEasyGo customer service, who kept saying sir give us sometime we are resolving your issue. Then next morning, I receive a message from them that your booking has been cancelled, you took whole night to just tell me that. The refund for that hasn't been processed till now, more than 25 days have passed.

Extremely poor customer service ! (They will ask you to wait for 3-4 hours to resolve your query ), I called them to change my earlier booked ticket of March to june (using my credit shell money), every time I called they just said to wait 3-4 hours (as they have lots of rescheduling request etc etc ,) I have been calling them for 2 days !!! Book ticket using this only if "you are sure to get onboard, and you are sure that flight won't get cancelled, as once u booked YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN !

Once you have booked your ticket from them and it is cancelled they will forget you. They will not even reply to your emails and say some invalid reason when you call them on their customer care number. The airlines has already refunded the ticket amount to them but they have not processed it. I have been waiting for more than 6 months now. I would say go for other apps or book directly from airlines website. Don't book anything from HappyEasyGo. Worst service ever!!!

I am a little disappointed from this app due to their customer service and cancellation charges. We have to wait for 20 to 25 min to talk to the customer service. Cancellation fees is also too high. Got only 400 for a 3000 rupees flight when cancelled the next day. Got the money in 1-2 months. Now talking about the heavy discounts it gives on the ticket. No doubt that it gives the best prices. If you are 100% sure that you will not cancel the flight then you must go for it.

Worst app I have ever used. I booked the correct flight with right details, paid money but in result I got wrong flight booked with different departure and return details. The support people didn't do anything about it when I called them.I asked them for refund or do something about the departure and return details. But they told me nothing can be done. Not even giving my money back. Highly Disappointed!! Also I advise all to never use this app.
