It's easy to find desired doctors in your area through the app due to detailed overview of the doctor's services, including fee, earliest availability, schedule, clinics and its addresses. Hopefully, the address could be linked to a map for easier familiarization of the in-person clinic. One thing that can be improved is the payment process, by allowing users to access and generate receipts with a breakdown of fees (PWD/Senior Citizen discount, promos, voucher) anytime within the app.

First time user, and I'm already loving it! The variety of doctors with different specializations and their availability definitely encouraged me to consult anytime, no matter how big or small my concern is. The payment options are also amazing - credit card, GCash, etc. Definitely solves the problem of not knowing who to talk to, waiting in line uncomfortably, and knowing upfront how much the charge will be. LOVE THIS APP!!!

Laggy, UI is not intuitive. Following up on lab request takes forever. Chat is unresponsive and useless after appointment has been completed. No customer service number available for help/complaints. Only used this app because the doctor we needed could not be found elsewhere. Better off using Doctor Anywhere for everything else. As soon as we get our final diagnosis, promptly will be uninstalling this app.

The prescription and lab referral from a doctor that i made an appointment on the system one day suddenly disappeared so i advise you to download it because it might happen to you as well. Another doctor gave me prescription for a medication with severe potential side effects especially long term side effects and even worse withdrawal side effects and did not mention them in a single word. I looked on the app for an option to rate the doctor or an option to complain about a doctor didn't find.

My Bluetooth headset wasn't working. There wasn't an option to use it during my consultation

Looking for a doctor is much easier using this app. But I do have a suggestion to improve its service, logging in should be more user-friendly. The app should have a separate basic information of the app-user & the patient. In that way, using a single phone number can have multiple appointments for different patients. In my case, I have relatives that ask for my help to look & book a doctor. It is hard to switch user for each patient.
