Two massive issues: After every use of this app, I have to delete then reinstall it all over again before it will let me log in otherwise it will try to sign me up for a new account, but wont let me proceed because my email is already in use (by... me. Its in use by me. Let me into the account!!!). The second biggest issue is that it doesnt actually book a ride when I book a ride. I booked a ride to work and double checked a little bit later to see if my booking was still there. It wasnt.

Enjoy being able to save my regular pick up and drop off locations. Convenient to be able to see where the driver is and the approximate ETA

Absolutely the worst. My card was charged without authorization, when calling to figure out what happened i received sarcasm and was refused help because i questioned the information they requested from me. After finally being able to speak to someone i was told theres nothing they could do, it was my fault my card was charged even though i chose the option in app "pay in cash", to wait and see if the system would auto refund me and was hung up on with no guarantee of a refund.

This app is not optimized for Android in the least. Booking trips can be very frustrating. The app is used and intended to save you money on your trips, however, when the app fails, you're stuck paying regular price. If you want this app, don't use an android

like the cab company most part.. app is garbage.. use it for a bit.. let it updatw and it looses all info and have to reauthorize it but wont let you use your previous info. cause there is allready someone with that email.. yes.. asshat that someone is me. let me log back in with that.. very disappointed

I’m never ever using u-need-a cab again ! So I tried to order a cab on the app with my card since everything is now preferred cashless and it’s supposed to be cheaper , well first of all it didn’t work it wouldn’t let me order it and then they still took out 20$ when I called U-Need-A they transferred me to the manger she told me that they didn’t take the money out of my account witch they did and that they have no idea what I was talking about .

I love it but I can't add new destinations. Still so many bugs to fix and a lot of the time it won't work, and the fair is always much higher than the estimate. If it says $10, and you are charged $15, that's quite the difference.

App WAS great, used it every single day!! Last couple of months it's barely worked at all, but what's worse is they are aware of it, just don't seem too interested in fixing it.
