The app works in that you can order a taxi or book something in advance but it will not let ne add a credit/debit card for payments and I have been trying to do this since last year. I can't be the only one who rarely carrys cash in 2022, so it's rather annoying to see this payment option in the app but not being able to use it.

It's great using Premier Taxis, very reliable, friendly & efficient, and you can feel safe & secure doing your booking via the Premier Taxis App as it let's you know when your taxi is due, what type of vehicle is coming for you, and the name of your driver. You can also choose to tip via the App by just telling the driver before she/he enters the amount of the fair, so you don't have to look for loose change; I❤️it 👌👍👏🎶😉

I used the old app loads and it was good. The new app won't let you pre-book, nor will it let you choose the type of cab you want eg: 6 seater? The service has also gone down the pan. Last Wednesday night (28th July) they left us stranded at midnight waiting over 40 minutes for a cab that never turned up!! Call the office twice!

The given key was not present in the dictionary. This is the error message when I try to add a payment credit card. Major improvement from previous version, but you have to fix that error. If the in-payment is disabled then a little banner or notification on the app can help, so users don't waste time trying to setup features that don't work or are disabled. That is called good development practices, any professional developer should know this.

All good for 3 years as a Hotellier using the app for customers. Then realise they are a bunch of liars when we order a taxi for ourselves and it's cancelled for no reason and the "manager" tells me I'm in the wrong. I've ordered to the wrong address?? It's an app, which has full control of my GPS location.
