This app wouldn't let me sign in, kept saying my password was wrong when it wasn't. I uninstalled it hoping it would reinstall and work, it won't reinstall no matter what I do!! I have the space on my phone, so it's not that. I've sent feedback and contacted the apps developer and haven't heard back from either! I really liked this app but I can't download it or Access it now!

It's great to be able to do a journal of symptoms or successes. It could use a little help, especially when putting in info from previous days as, if you don't put everything in at once, it defaults to the beginning. The medications are visible, but not the care team. The educational materials are informative.

so I installed the original one then the upgrade. tried to create an account, it aid login failed. I guess I'll try to create the acct on the original one and see if that works, otherwise it's a great idea but follow through Web design peeps. So fast forward 3 yrs later and I still can't create an account. That's a shame. I really need an app like this. Not trying for a 3rd time. So my takeaway on this? Not worth my time, I will keep looking for a MS app that fits my needs.

Scrolled back through the years over 500 times to get to my DOB when creating an account, entered all my info, then hit done. Took me to the login page and it says I don't exist. Uninstalled the app. This seemed like a good app to have, but it is pretty useless.

FRUSTRATION. I ignored the negative reviews because I bought the developers assurances that it has been updated to resolve the issues at signup and sign-in. After 7 attempts to create an account it still tells me "invalid credentials," so my rating is NEGATIVE TEN STARS; I gave one only to leave a review. Pity, it looks like it could have been exactly what we all desperately need. UNINSTALLING and recommending others not to bother.

I logged in a new account. Saw positive aspects. Cant list all of my supplement ms meds....meh then the 2nd day it wouldn't let me log in and said I didn't exist. Frustrating for this glitch much less to log in each time. My stupid games auto log in .... I erased the app after that which stinks as it had potential.

Uninstalling as I write this review. 👎I literally just created a MSAA account and logged in. Downloaded this app and it doesn't ask for user name it asks for my email, I put it in and it says my email doesn't exist! I figured people were just leaving bad reviews..... no such luck, very disappointed! *not interested in emailing anyone!!!!!

Super frustrating!!! I've got to log in once and start adding information, now it will not accept my user email or password. It seems to be common error by looking at other reviews. I want to use this - but now I can't.....
