Not sure why so many reviews are for the company, not the app! I do enjoy Swig drinks, but the app is awful. Newest glitch is that I can't customize drinks. Even on "Build Your Own" all the flavorings are grayed out. Defeats the purpose of the app! Not being able to apply loyalty points as a partial order is also frustrating!

It's hard not to compare Fiiz app and Swig app,as they are both using the same app framework. What I really like about Fiiz is they have a huge secret menu list on their app, which makes the experience so much better in app. I see a lot less reason to pull up the Swig up to do an order. Rather just go to the window as the experience is better that way.

Other than providing location and tracking loyalty points this app is useless. Any time I try to pay using the app, as they say it can, I am asked to show my credit card to verify. What's the point in having customers add a form of payment? Order ahead is pointless as most of the locations I have been to ask me to join the drive-thru line to pick up my order.

The app is easy to navigate. It's nice that it won't let you add a drink to your cart until it is completely filled out. I like that you can go back & see your order history for a little bit so you can reorder the same items or change them up. I wish there was a way to mark my favorites to make ordering a little quicker.

It's pretty worthless, as others have stated. The local store i buy from is never available in the app. It is also very difficult to see what ingredients are in each drink. Very poorly executed.

Love swig! You can earn loyal points/credit every purchase! So many different options to create from! We love their "just peachy" and the mini chocolate chip cookies they serve from the freezer and addictive

Great app, easy to order from, and easy to track points for rewards. Highly recommend ordering from app first because it speeds up the process when going through the line.
