Do NOT get the mobile pass. It does not work for most of the locations listed. All the attractions want the PHYSICAL CARD. My sister and I purchaed the mobile pass thinking it would be more convenient but NO! The staffs do not know how to claim the mobile pass because the QR will not scan on their system!!! They will tell you no and ask for the physical card, which if you buy the mobile pass YOU DO NOT GET. So then you have to by the damn ticket anyways. Just go get a PHYSICAL CARD at the airport

It's an absolute best thing you can get if you're an international tourist. Even if you don't know anything about Seoul in advance (like me), this app helps find all the best places of the city and provides cheap/free entry. I thank DSP from bottom of my heart for making my Seoul visit absolutely amazing and memorable forever. I'm returning with a lot of pleasant memories because of it. Hello, any update for the MoBile pass in 2022, does it stil not work properly? Do they still ask for the physical card and dont accept mobile pass? Edit: I tried buying the 72hours mobile pass just now. It didnt work. I tried through the website and also this App but the payment window just stays blank. I tried with 2 different cards (tho the cards are not the issue because i've been using the cards everywhere and no issues) also tried qith both android and ios but the payment window is blank

It won't open in my S10+. I have installed uninstalled several times but still it won't open. If you open it, all you can see is black screen.

Doesn't work on Pixel phones. Need this app to get the free AREX ticket - ask for help through their support or go to the ticket desk and explain the situation. Like what other reviews said, get the physical card to be safe.
