No user security. The "app" throws up a page that has a "link" for "reject all cookies" and "manage cookies". In this day and age, security should be topmost in everyone's minds, but the links disappear almost immediately. And, on the rare occasions when my practice hand-held coordination is fast enough to catch it and click on the link, it goes nowhere, and the login screen is displayed. There was no acknowledgement that a choice had been made so my assumption is it didn't process it.

This app is probably the worst app I've ever used in my life. It attempts to be a browser but can't even display the vision cards correctly. There's constant issues with oops! We can't find the page you're looking for. It repeatedly needs cookies set. It is just absolutely complete utter garbage. VSP had a better app in the past. I'm not sure how this could be considered an upgrade in any manner.

Needs improvement. Everytime I try to find a doctor, if I switch to another app (like maps, to check commute time, or reviews, or just to take a phone call, etc) everytime I come back to this app, I have to re-login, re-select the options, re-enter my zip code ...everytime. It doesn't even allow my phone to save the password. Very obnoxious.

This 'app' is just a primitive web browser for the vsp website. The website isn't mobile ready where it is designed for mobile screen. Instead it uses the desktop version of the site. Even worse, you can't use pinch-to-zoom feature that comes standard in a mobile browser when viewing a non-compatible site. Save your icon space. This app can be easily replaced by an web browser of your choosing.

This app is just a hastly and poorly done web view wrapped on top of their website. (More than likely done by the lowest bidder) If you are going to do this you should at least put some effort into it rather than just tossing it together and pushing it out the door. And with this it is always a terrible experience using your app. - popup that can't be dismissed. - stuck loading content. - terrible user interface for mobile. - minimize the app to check something? Back to the start for you!

The app never allows me to log in without calling for a password reset. When I attempt to enter my login, it gives an error. When I try to recover my password, it says no record found. Luckily, the customer service is great. However, the app needs some tweaks.

Often doesn't let you log in without filling in a tedious verification code that it sends to you via email. THEN, when you get it, the app doesn't even have a field for you to input it. Terrible and tedious design.

Unable to login - or stay logged in - on the app. I registered an account and was able to login fine on the site but after installing the app - and completing an initial login successfully - it kicked me out and won't sign in again successfully.
