One of the best experience of my life. But they need to be flexible like once you subscribe at one location than you should allow to work out all locations. I don't know about other person but I am a traveller because of my Job requirements. I am traveling across New Zealand each Month then Its not possible for me to attain classes at one location.I can understand its difficult them to manage but they can charge little more and allow us to use locations across globe if not atleat New Zealand.

App is ok. Once you log in it works but is a pain to actually find the studio, just not particularly polished. Also occasionally doesn't actually cancel you from a class even though it shows you as not being booked in and I am never able to back out of the notifications screen.

The first screen has you type in your location to find your studio and then...nothing. Literally nothing happens. Edit: Updated to three stars. The gyms in my location are not on the app yet so I have not actually used it, but customer support was very responsive and directed me to a different app.

1. Doesn't find my studio on the first screen. 2. If I select a different studio to continue, the interface is very slow and laggy. 3. Couldn't find an exit button, so had to force close and uninstall. Maybe add all the studios so people can use the App? Unless it can only be used in some locations?

Better experience post update but feedback for dev: please give an option to cancel the membership through the app! Would be useful when the studio is being super unhelpful, kept renewing the membership and charging when I clearly said I want to take time off during the pandemic, said that "it's auto-renewed through the system" ☹️ really disappointed.

I had a good experince with the app for one whole year until this Mar 2020. Have not been using it for 10 months and just got back few days back. It doesnt open/load promptly. Sometimes it keepa loading for hours and doesnt load my profile at all. I unstalled, re-installed multiple times. Please help fix the bug.

I had no issues for the longest time. Now my screen just goes black when I open the app and I get an error message and my phone freezes up. I haven't been able to schedule classes for over a week. I've done everything except reset my phone, and I dont wanna have to do that. For reference, I use an android, so maybe that's part of the issue. Please fix this bug!

Doesn't give me push notifications. I have to manually go in the app and check notification history to see. If I'm on Waitlist, I don't get notifications early enough that a slot is available which means I cannot book my classes because I don't get the notifications in time.
