Edusign Academy, nata da un'idea della Deaf EnAbled Foundation, è un'iniziativa unica che contribuirà a rafforzare l'istruzione per i non udenti in India. Offrendo corsi di immatricolazione e laurea in lingua dei segni indiana per studenti non udenti in Telangana, EduSign Academy mira a colmare il divario accademico nell'era digitale che è stato ulteriormente accelerato a causa della pandemia COVID19.
Con l'obiettivo di trasformare la comunità dei non udenti in una potenziale forza lavoro e di garantire ai non udenti una vita sicura e dignitosa, il progetto offre corsi gratuiti di comunicazione di base, abilità di vita e istruzione informatica in un formato interattivo e di facile utilizzo. L'utente è dotato di conoscenze che vengono testate attraverso quiz e sessioni di discussione individuali con i nostri istruttori sordi qualificati. EduSign Academy, quindi, è un'idea stimolante che esprime la ricerca della nostra organizzazione per costruire un'India inclusiva con una comunità di non udenti autorizzata.
