Great company! Fabulous service but horrible clunky IT. After years of not being able to contact anyone with support links usually not working, and not being able to delete addresses, the new app fixed the addresses issue and the support links don't work - and crash the app when you click on them - and none of the contact numbers or the details of your order are selectable so you can't cut and paste into your phone app or their contact form. They need to hire an app design professional!

Have been using this service extensively for over a year. I like using them because they're a New Zealand company, and prefer to support that over UberEATS. However these guys need to sort out their algorithm. At least 80-90% of orders arrive late, it's the most frustrating thing ever. You can not plan on food arriving in a reasonable time frame. It would be better if they extended the timelines, or optimized their delivery routes.

Multiple bad experiences with deliver easy. It's frustrating when your order goes out for delivery but the drivers are working on another order. I would be fine with this if the other order was on the same journey to our place but when the driver pops up on tracking further away from the restaurant we ordered it doesn't make sense. I'm not sure if it's the drivers being greedy but finally had enough and am deleting the app. The high prices for cold foods not worth it.

What keeps me using this is the deals that they dish out which is way better value compared to Uber. (And that they're Kiwi owned) They definitely need to improve the app a bit since it's a bit bare bones. There are no ratings for restaurants or drivers. Lackluster support unless your food isn't delivered at all or is in a really bad state. You can't get support for minor inconvenienced such as cold food, or late delivery, etc.

the app is good. But in my experience, delivereasy is let down at times by their drivers. it appears the only way one can reliably expect their meals in good condition, is to specify that the driver knock or ring the bell, otherwise you can find your meal has either baked in the sun or been rained on at the front door.

Definitely the most reliable of the food delivery apps, but it seems more and more they are doing bulk detour deliveries which leads to me getting cold food. The abundance of ghost restaurants also makes looking for food more and more tedious, please do something about them

Both times i have ordered from this app, I have had a horrible experience. I have had good come over an hour late, only to be met with a "sorry we were late" discount code. Thought I'd give them another shot, only to be hit with a full delivery fee regardless of the code being entered, bumping a single burrito up to 21 dollars, and when support was contacted, I was told my code was invalid. This app has no way of tracking orders, and the support button crashes your app. Go use uber eats.

honestly consistently bad experiences. Only reason i still have it is because they accept after pay. Unnecessarily long wait times, incompetent people planning the order of the drivers drop offs meaning they might travel farther to deliver someone elses food before yours, even if you live closer to the restaurant. Terrible at updating you, i usually have to phone to find out where my food is and its always cold on arrival. tried many times to contact customer service and address these issues.
