I lost my place too many times with screen rotations. The skip to the end button is unnecessary and too easily miss pressed trying to navigate forward a single page. Noticed a resume from last page option on pc haven't noticed it working. I would appreciate the option to scroll single pages at a time. Thanks for the quick reply. I have noticed the animated page turn gesture. I don't find it intuitive as so much time is spend zooming and pinching in-between text and pages. Single page would solve

Having purchased the CITB book from WH Smith I'm told to Download the "free Layer App"... Can't find it. This is the only free to download app and this ONLY gives the option of "sign in" NOT "sign up"... Extremely poor CITB making everything over complicated and not straightforward. Thanks

Downloaded app for work and can't gain any access to it. Says that I need to login to my citb account but I've not created one l. There's no option to create one nor is there an option to recover any details. Essentially I need this app to get my CSCS card.for my work and I've paid my money for an app that won't work and risks me failing my test as I can't get access to the study materials. Useless

Signed up for course advised to download this app to help.. First thing the app asks is for you to sign in.. I try.. It doesn't let me in.. There's no reset password option (even tho it's correct) App is useless.

Downloaded as requested by an email directly from CITB to download this app. Can't access anything as you need a user name and password and no option to sign up. Good job.

Hello Citb, I recently opened my HS&E app and a notification popped up that the app has been upgraded to a new one and that if I have not done my test yet which I haven't I need to be refunded my former fee for purchasing the app so that I can purchase the new one. So I requested for refund but Google is not giving me the refund. So please kindly help out on this because I want to start using the latest app so I can prepare for my test. Kindly help on this pls. I await your reply. Thank you.

Pay for the full set of books, you can forever go back and review material. Pay the same price for the app, you only get material for one year. Rip off. Would give zero if that was possible.
