Yep, Trinity metro started off a little Bumpy, you know, with the service, but they got the kinks worked out. The driver was absolutely fantastic that I was with on this month of August. Um 20th I was so so happy that they were very professional.

Gets worse every time I use it. Finally canceled a ride that was "4 minutes away" for over an hour. This happens every couple of times I use the app, but I didn't have time to wait so I canceled and they still charged me. How is their inability to quote a correct time my fault? I'm out that money and the time I missed for being late to work. If I'm using this app, clearly I don't have money to throw away like that.

literally useless even though I'm inside the Grey areas in fort worth it still will not let me book. customer service doesn't know what he heck they're talking about and just keeps repeating themselves with a HUGE language barrier. like why have it on there if I can't book a ride in that area. Ridiculous

I put in my card information so I can pay my subscription and it says I paid it but when I tried to book a ride it wouldn't let me because it said I didn't have a enough money I just got scammed by this app

There aren't many drivers, wait times are long, the drivers are slow, but worst of all the app is terribly dysfunctional. Today it didn't even notify me they had arrived until 5 or 6 minutes after, by which tome they had already left, and it didn't notify me they had already left until I was already out there looking for them like an idiot when they weren't there anymore for another 3 or 4 minutes. Fix your app. Get more drivers. This is pathetic.
