This is the future we need. I work as a mechanic for a reputable world wide company. Got the app to see the potential. It's been able to correctly diagnose the exact problem first. Also gives me other possible issues to fix that can cause the problem I had. If that wasn't enough, it gives me steps to narrow the solutions to the exact solution I needed. I hope this can become less expensive. Car parts aren't cheap and some fixes may be a waste of money if you don't know anything about cars.

awesome app, very helpful. the initial 10 free messages may not be alot but they give you a free trial of the premium which includes unlimited messages. it's pretty cool, and is currently helping me fix my car. thank you to the team who developed this app, you guys rock!

Beyond impressed so far! 8-19-24 update, so far so good! I just started work in a tire shop as a lube/tire tech, working on my own scrap metal my whole life didn't really prepare me with other MAKES/FOREIGN vehicles but if I can make a five minute search that saves me 15 min worth the sub cost(work expenses right tax man!) anyways it's quick if I can be quick enough to make a search of whatever I need advice or model-specific results! Impressed!

It doesn't have info for my '92 Dodge W150 Power Ram. So, this app is of no use to me. It's not an uncommon truck. Doesn't make sense to not have it included.

I believe this can be very useful for understanding the basics of possible diagnostic, however I hope most understand they should take it to their local mechanic if they don't know how to fix the problem.

As someone who is a master mechanic, this app actually surprised me, it gives you a lot of detail on what to do, it's almost as if you are pulling data from all data or identifix, but still requires hands on diag, for a average person using this may not help you at all if you don't know how to diag cars, but other then that very impressive, you should add pictures to the models of cars, I did ask abiut window motors and it failed to mention some motors are riveted and need to be drilled

So I'm 36, female, and clueless about cars. Recently, my ride started acting up, and I didn't have the patience to search the whole internet for answers. Then, I stumbled upon this app. I explained my issue, and it gave me a spot-on explanation. It even sent me a link to buy the part I needed. Talk about convenience! No need to waste time at a car service center. I ordered the part and plan to install it myself—should be a breeze. This app is a lifesaver! Five stars, no doubt.

I didn't try it too much, but from what I did try, it gave me an answer that was related. That's why I'm giving it 3. When I asked how to do something, it gave me a page and a half of generalized details on what to do and what's needed. But then it gave me about 3 pages of code and reference words, that have 0 meaning to me. I get it's still learning and growing, and I hope the best for you developers.
