Unfortunately this app contains a few bugs that caused me problems. For work I had to order several rides on one day (around 7). I could not pay the final rides with card, as the app has a daily limit. Another cons: it sometimes didn't show the live status/location of the driver. Communication with the drivers wasn't ideal either as two times the taxi was just cancelled or my submitted notes were ignored. A few fares went well though.

I had a horrible experience with Taxi Berlin. The trip initially showed 54 euros but after the trip, the driver asked for 70 euros(there was no traffic, no rerouting) The driver dint even take the shortest route to my destination. I asked the customer care agent about why there was a difference and she threatened to call the police if i dint pay 70 euros. To top it all off, i reached 15 mins late. As a foreigner in Berlin who doesnt speak much German this was a truly unpleasant experience.

Ordered a taxi in advance with a child car seat. One minute past the scheduled time, I just get a text saying that no taxi could be found and to try again later. What the .. does that mean? My train or plane isn't going to wait while I try again later. One star because either they should communicate in advance or not take the order at all if they are not sure.

I've experienced few times that the app says "the taxi is waiting for you " but no car. You can't order another one, so you are stuck hoping an empty one will pass by. Also, it would be nice if you could choose "Mercedes only" when you order.

Taxi showed up actually earlier than the app announced which for me is a good thing.😊 The fare was exactly as the app stated as well and the driver was very helpful with my gear (I'm a drummer 😁) including re-parking in a more convenient location even after I paid him. Thumbs up.

local train was cancelled last minute so I ordered taxi on this app. location was so bad the taxi was waiting at wrong place. I missed my train from central station by 1 minute, due to the location confusion.

Two words for this service, Horse manure. I waited for over half an hour for a taxi that was showing only 6 minutes away (we later saw the taxi we had ordered, drive through the taxi stand but not taking us, perhaps racist). Called their number twice and booked and waited several more minutes but a taxi never came (total of 2 hours). An Uber came within a minute. Called them again to give a feedback but they say "the drivers can choose" and accept no responsibility. Horrible. Just get an Uber.

Unable to detect location all the time. Was the best taxi app, now is basically unusable. Updated to 1 star because even after some months it's still not fixed.
