The app is very nice, very user friendly. However for some reason I'm just not notified of serious problems that my printer has. The print head started slamming against the walls and the door, and not a single error message. I really hope this gets fixed, as this could have destroyed the print head and possibly shattered the glass.

Love most things about this app, but the fact that the network disconnects so often (tested and is the app, not my network or printer) means I often don't see errors soon enough and filament gets wasted. Fix the network connections so I can see errors with my camera without connection issues 80% of the time! (Also, the way the store is set up isn't user friendly).

Not only does it not recognize the only saved device as the default when opening projects(X1C), but I ALSO CANNOT CONNECT TO THE PRINTER ON A REGULAR BASIS. This program and printer have driven me to completely disregard this as an enjoyable hobby, and I already worked through the troubles of learning to print!! My god the inability to connect to my printer, or even find a solution online is the single most frustrating experience I've ever had.

Missing support for LAN only. It finds the printer, even has the right IP. Mobile is on the same vlan. Knows the printer is set to LAN only. Refuses to try and connect. Mean while orca slicer connects and shows me the video camera output quickly and simply. Feels like the app wants to bully users into using the cloud?

It just works. I don't like the Makerworld integration but since I don't use that part of the app, consider this review score to be for the machine control part of the app. And that part works fine. Just make sure you have a good connection on both your printer and your mobile device and you'll be good to go.

Won't link from my phone to the printer to the computer program. Following their instructions, (the printer wouldn't talk to the program on the computer, so i had to tey using a pin #...that didnt woek,) I logged out on the printer and now my phone won't pair back up with the printer. Keeps disconnecting on step 2 of 3. At this point I'm thinking I have to do a factory reset on the printer to get it to work right. I'd give less stars if that was possible.

It seems to crash a lot.. Also, it would be nice if there was an EASY way to print a file of the printer or sd card from the app... and connect to the printer interface (screen) directly from the app.

Maker world integration works, printer control works, but the QR scanner does not auto focus and the focal length is somewhere around infinity, meaning I cannot scan any QR code. Once this is fixed, I will give 5 stars ;)
