Seriously one of the best apps for any transit I have witnessed. Compared to Connecticut (SEAT bus) and everywhere else, this is how buses should be. You can look up your trip from your current location, it will GPS you to the proper bus stop, you can even watch the buses drive around on the app. You can buy tickets via your phone and even pay with your app. Hands down a must have if you're car less in the Des Moines area.

Storage options do not work as stated. Passes stored in Cloud are not accessible on other devices. I just got a new phone and the pass stored in the Cloud says "Saved Elsewhere" and doesn't show up at all in storage settings. My friend who had his pass stored on his device also couldn't access his without a connection to wifi without service on his phone. This is a serious inconvenience especially when DART is closed and we have church at 9AM in the morning. Please fix or stop false advertising.

I have a very long daily commute to where I work, so it's always imperative that I am able to get there every day at the same time. I have a bus stop right outside of my apartment, but that bus is always late and I can never get to work on time because if it. I have to leave at 5:45 AM most of the time to get on a bus that gets me there on time. The thing that I actually love about this app is the ability to buy my bus tickets whenever I want, wherever I want as long as I am using my mobile data or Wi-Fi. I do wish I wouldn't have to use my data all the time though. The newest update has added a much needed way to check the arrival of the buses that pass the stop you are near. It's been improving, but I wish they would do more to help.

Absolutely the worst ever. Not only is it late sometimes but its very late always. Always miss the last bus home and they don't care. No service to the most needed place in the city for transportation at Deer Ridge in the middle of the day or past 6pm. No weekend service either. Have to walk 5 miles to catch the 72 or walk 5 miles home at night. I filed a complaint and they called my phone and hung up right away so they could say they followed up too!

I'm a long time Dart passenger, seen many changes and improvements in my lifetime. I love this app. Delays and detour details are frequently updated and I really enjoy the Next Bus option providing on-time arrivals to nearby stops. Better than using the text option. Provides information quickly and accurately.

Each and everytime, no matter the phone I've had, memory dude, etc, this app is slower than molasses. The bus drivers get a frown ea time I say I have to wait to load the qr code for my ride. That's on them, really. I'm not sure what it is that makes it turtle like, but I do wish the QA folks would get a fix for this made.

For most part....service is pretty consistent. The app helps alot for me to see when next bus is due at stop and plan accordingly. Customer service is generally pretty good! Most of the time they will help you with any issues if they can.

For the past month or so it's only showing literally 1 bus within each hour for the #50 route for Hubbell Ave/Maple Lane Apartments to East Euclid Hy-Vee, and for people who don't drive or instead take cabs during bad weather for getting to work on time by 10:00 for instance only 1 9:59am #50 bus is not good because there's no way I can make it to work by 10:00 in 1 minute. This app was working good for me until this past month, so I guess I'm using the RideDart website now since this is useless
