This app couldn't live to the big name of Tempo. Nightmare already started at login process, which always destroy the mood to enter the app. You need to hire some serious programmers to take care of your app. Such a shame for a name as big as Tempo. Added: Finally can subscribe again after wasting my money for 1 month subscription. Doesn't like the new interface and it's very painful in opening newspapers and magazines.

Payment / Subscription journey is complicated. CS ensured that subscription will be active for all device, in fact, it is not. You make customer highly anxious. Web CS reset/ auto close in less than 3mins being away, so you gotta make sure you pay premium attention when you complain. Even when you're premium, you're not allowed to take screenshot of your app content. You can't print article either because it's protected (you can "print the title and the link" smh).

Please improve the search section... I can't even find "Cerpen" readings, even if it's Tempo Plus. it kinda forces me to only read new ones + kinda impossible to find older things that I want to read specifically. Therefore, please improve the search sections so that I can navigate through the older readings easily.

i've made sure i am not subscribed anymore on tempo plus on a different google store account, but the app keep saying i am subscribed to tempo+ .i feel like i am being extorted. the customer service on whatsapp only answer with ai and no one actually answer. even when i want to delete my account they sent me to the same customer service whatsapp again with no one responding. the response wil probably be ''we're sorry for your inconvenience blah blah''

Love the investigation and I support them wholeheartedly, however the website and app is just cooked. The website has lots of ads and often does not work, even though I have subscribed to them. The ratio and placement of features (keyboard, search, menu, etc) is too high/low and makes it unaccessible in my device (Google Pixel 8 Pro). Once again I support their journalism, but the experience is just so bad. I will gladly change the rating once the issues are fixed. :)

Kenapa buka beritanya di browser? Padahal klik notifikasi dari aplikasinya. It's just weird you can't even redirect notification from your app to your own app. Your in-app experience is not bad, but the above problem is really silly. I should relogin in the browser, because my subscription logged in in the app.

Since I install new updates and new UI, the response of the app is very slow and unbearable. Sometimes, I cannot read the full page of Display Cover content. I already pay for subscribtion, but the experience that I have like a free reader. The previous version of the app was much better and plausible.

I wondered why I still have to watch ads in the new version even though I was a premium user? Is this intended functionality or a bug? Granted, it only appeared on the front page, and interrupted my reading IF i was currently reading any link from there. It didn't appeared while reading 'Topics' or 'Exclusive' sections. Care to clarify? Edit: apparently it is a feature. The ads appeared on articles from the website tempo.co How annoying. You'd think by being premium one could be ad-free
