Poor call quality. Constantly breaking up when listening to the other person speaking. "please repeat, you are breaking up" maybe this is app is just a gimmick. Will preserve a little longer to see if it improves, otherwise it gets the chop and a zero star rating. And the usage counter does not include all calls made.

Call quality is constantly a problem, regardless of the device or network in use - the person on the other end always complains about not being able to hear us. Edit: since last update, incoming calls are displayed but can't be answered from lock screen. It also means that unlocking the screen is near impossible because this app is displayed on top. All calls are missed and have to be returned - terrible UX.

app just stops working correctly. when dialing out , it dials on other end but you want hear it ring. when call is answered you can not hear the other side and they can't hear you. same with in coming calls. it rings on my side. when I answer can't hear other side and they can't hear me. did re-install. app freezes on incoming calls... have to keep resetting it. and can not answer important business calls.

The app worked perfectly until July. Have logged it numerous times, uninstalled, reinstalled, consultants taking me through settings... still working intermittently. VoIP phone rings but not the Vobi. Can't always make outgoing and receive verbal error message saying 'We are Unable to Route your call' when trying to make outgoing. Then works on 4th/5th attempt.

The app doesn't connect to my car Bluetooth most of the time, even in my husband's car i still experience the same problem . I can hear clearly but the people on the other end are always complaining about the bad reception and the gonging nose... The number keeps changing when i dial out. Please kindly fix the network/reception cause I am struggling.

The recent update is rendering the app almost unusable on my Note5, the microphone and speaker stops working soon after installing or updating. I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice already and each time it stops working after one or two days. Latest update appears to have restored the functionality, a day after the update and it's still working.

Was really overjoyed at finding a competitor to Telkom. But the call clarity is not excellent. Settings need to be changed constantly. It's also annoying when you choose to call someone, it does not register immediately and you end up dialling someone else. Not very user friendly screen. Also calls to others are not clear, speech is interrupted and intermittent. App needs an update desperately

I like the app, being using it for 4 years, I would have given it a 5 stars, just that when you are at a poor internet coverage, the other side won't hear you clearly or you won't hear them... Maybe if it could show internet strength I would give it a 5. The other problem is that one touch on the contact makes call. Sometimes you will touch this contacts by mistake and it calls right away, could you add an optional confirmation to make calls?
