The app has just not been working. I'm sick of it. I even have a subscription but to order something, I first need to search. Can't even search anything, it is showing no results. Whether it be anything. I even uninstalled and installed the app back again. Pathetic. Just pathetic.

Either buggy app or false practice. On the cart page the total payable amount that shows is 700+ post discount, but when I click pay, the amount suddenly increases to 900+. What's the point of giving discount if you're just gonna add it back on the payments page? Also, despite buying their first membership which is supposed to make delivery (above 99) free, the app is still charging me 49 for a cart value of 900. As a first time user had a very bad experience.

Very bad experience the interface is not good and very confusing...no cancellation option is there...my order is delayed 2 day and the costomer care service is not helpful and if you call to customer care the call is not connecting easily and they ads on call...the refund is not done yet... worst app i have ever use. They don't know how to treat there costomer.

After the recent update, the functionality of the App has gone for a toss. The app is now full of bugs. Even the cart total amount is showing wrong!

First 2 orders were delivered on time. These were low value ones. However, for the next two larger orders delivery date was shown as after 2 days. However, it took over a week to be delivered. No notification regarding the delay from them. Had to make multiple calls. Overall, if u don't mind waiting then go for it. Don't expect the order to reach on time. Cost is better than Apollo. You can also use "Pay with Rewards". However, I will not be using their services. Going back to Apollo/1mg

I am extremely disappointed with Netmeds' service. Their customer support is inadequate, and calls for complaints are not being connected. The advertised fast doorstep service is misleading and does not reflect the actual delivery times. In emergencies, I strongly advise against using their service, as they are experiencing significant delays and tracking updates indicate network issues affecting delivery. They dont even deserve a single star for review.

Tried calling customer care multiple times but they keep you waiting for 7 to 8 minutes and when you reach to 1-2 minutes waiting then they cut your call. This is just for placing an order. Just imagine what will they do after you send your order and I also tried sending my prescription and getting a call back from them but what they do is just to give you a miss call to Just entry in their register and they never call you

app doesn't work at times. * The product is not added in the cart and still it displays the message that you have exceeded the maximum limit. * initially it showed that if you add the products to a total of a certain amount, there would not be any delivery fee but after adding the products it still charged the fee of Rs 69.00
