Terrible app. It did not let me sign in right at 20 minutes before my virtual appointment with a primary care provider, and they had the nerve to charge me for a non-show on that one. I created a ticket about 5 minutes before my appointment started to let them know I was not connecting because I was late, but because didn't work. They didn't seem to care about it, and they charged me anyway. I was on hold for almost an hour with an agent to have it fixed, and they couldn't fix it. Worst app ever

After 4+ years, nothing ever works as it should. Currently, every claim opens to a blank page. Only shows the last month of claims without an option to scroll down for more (have to filter as a workaround). Messages are neither a chat nor a messaging service: tell you to wait up to an hour for each response, but if you don't respond within minutes, will drop the conversation and good luck with the next guy. Can't even avoid them and go directly to plan's site as they are the assigned concierge.

Not user friendly. I tried to click the link for a password reset, but this link is currently not working, so I've no way to get into my account. When I was sent a ticket to tech support, the only option for entering a birthday is clicking through a calender month by month backward in time starting from today's day, had to click that button over 350 times, so incredibly annoying. Feels like just another way insurance company's play around with people to discourage them from using their benefits.

This app worked wonderfully for me in the beginning, with the only noticed issue being that, on occasion, messages would duplicate (but a refresh always fixed it). Now, after an update or two, I have so many issues! Constantly prompted to set up my PIN, which has always been set up. When messaging the support team, the keyboard now displays over what I am writing. Opening the app from notifications only causes it to time out. And although it's not a functionality issue, I miss having dark mode.

The app is ok and lets you chat with reps for help which is very convenient. The one major flaw that I found is that it does not create a notification on the phone when the rep answers you (which could be minutes or hours later, so you can't just keep staring at the screen waiting). It's a very surprising miss given how inexpensive it is to add it. Strongly suggesting they add it, which would get it from 3 to 5 stars for me! (Android phone)

The app might be great but it refuses to log me in. So, no, the app can't be great. Every attempt to login with the username and password that works on the website results in "Unable to authenticate: Certificate transparency failed." No solution offered, no explanation in help files... that's because there are no help files on the website and if course I can't access whatever is on the app.

The app keeps crashing, and the virtual call quality was quite poor. I am using a brand-new phone and have no issues with video calling using other apps. The audio quality on this app was so bad that I kept hearing my own voice echoing, and it was extremely difficult for both me and the doctor to communicate. I also tried plugging in a headset during the call, but it did not help at all. I almost want to ask for a refund for that appointment; I did not appreciate it one bit

My health assistant is helpful and non judgemental and the search function makes it easy to find providers. I do wish they listed websites directly though. Edit: I can no longer sign in through the app, it takes me through loops in the sign in screen no matter how many times I reset my password Edit: reinstalling allowed me to log in, but the messages tab is totally blank, and broken on the web version. What is going on with accolade?
