App works pretty well, however the filter functions don't always work correctly. Caledonia State Park doesn't have Hosack Run listed as a choice for pet sites, but if you use the map, you can select a pet site from there. Update 3/25/24 - Dropped the rating to 3 stars. Filter function still doesn't work. I set the filter for 35 ft trailer length and it's still pulls in available sites less than 30 ft. Update 11/24/2024 - Filter function still does not work properly.

The app keeps giving me an error message and saying to restart app. I lost a site because of this. It keeps giving me an error message "An unexpected error occurred. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Having to re-enter information over and over and over is frustrating. there's no way to set up an alert for when a campsite becomes available.

User experience is okay but getting worse. Add are getting bigger and in the way. The app also doesn't link all user info like the website does so more typing it required.

Right when I'm about to make a reservation something happens and it says to restart the app and then it goes back to the home screen and it won't let me use the app

Always easy to use Update 06/13/23 - I have changed my rating from 5bstar to 2 star. Ever since the website was updated 06/06/23 along with security, the site is VERY SLOW. The app also no longer configures as mobile so it is difficult to read and navigate. These things need to be fixed ASAP! Update 08/13/24 Speed is better and configuring as mobile again. 4 star because I often have to enter details of our trailer to make the reservation more than once. Sometimes more than twice.

Easy to use with lots of features! Using the map and filter you can pick from sites that are available and closest to what you are looking for. I want to camp near the water front but away from the bathrooms, the map feature allows you to pick the perfect site and even see pictures of the site once you select one. You can search for, find and book the perfect camp site in less than 10 minutes! You can even store your favorites and places you would like to go next.

Customer service is non existent & you can NOT change or edit your reservation within the app as they claim you can. If you get bumped out after choosing a site within the time frame allowed to check out the site you choose will then be unavailable indefinitely. I think this is causing sites to show as booked when they really aren't in the system as we noticed the last camping experience had very few campers yet the park said they were fully booked.
