Consistently Unreliable The app constantly crashes, disconnects from units, errors out when trying to manipulate your units. Have to re-add cameras every other week for them to work on it. Had it for over two years and have yet to be able to actually answer the doorbell. Which only picks up half the movement. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can nix this P.O.S.

I dont know if this is just the company I use through this app or what, but it's absolutely ridiculous that it will not allow me to delete multiple recordings at one time. My wifi signal is 98% on all my cameras/phones, but yet it takes 6 minutes to get a notification from the app/text. Also, the camera recording rules are RIDICULOUS. I've tried to reset it so many times, but it won't allow me to. It just states I have to wait until the first of the month. Just absolutely done with this app/co.

Update: The app and website are garbage. They lack basic features that much cheaper devices have had for years. when using the app it tells almost every single time to you need to go to the website to make a change. On the website when trying to add notifications + sign does not exist. unable to keep fan running after ac off The app lacks features and it's impossible to add new equipment. They want you to go back to the original installers so they can charge more money for what one can do itself

In general, the app is okay. It's not amazing, but it works. I get a lot of notifications of camera capture events, but it seems like only about 1 in 10 are available to be viewed later. I'll have 20 new notifications, and the activity in the app only shows me one or two videos. I'm trying to use the troubleshoot connection feature after our wifi network changed... the "get started" button does nothing. I can see the sections and steps but can't move on to actually starting the process.

So unreliable. It does not follow sync with the main panel. the live view only stays active less than 30 seconds. Nobody can explain to me how my 1 device has so many different logins, which makes me feel so unsecured. I have so many unknown occurrences that get recorded without notifications. I wish I could get a complete refund on this alarm system as it has not done its purpose for me that I have to pay for the remainder of the term.

It never works anymore. At first it wouldn't work when Wi-Fi was on now it just doesn't work. Man this app is just getting worse and worse. Now I can't log in at all after getting a new phone. I can log in perfectly fine on the phone that's damaged. I've uninstalled the app on the new phone reinstalled it putting in the same and accurate password and username and still I won't log me in. Completely ridiculous.

Cameras record events but don't save them, constant problems with the cameras disconnecting, etc. This system is expensive and doesn't work as promised. I've tried all the troubleshooting, and it doesn't help. I bought a Eufy solar wireless camera and mounted it myself, and I've had zero problems with it at less than half the cost. I wish I'd never signed up for this contract.

The system logged me out sometime ago...about 1 year ago. I've not been able to log back in or reset the account. I've requested a reset numerous times to the email that I created the account with, yet I never receive an email to that account. Not in spam, nothing. I have a system I can't use...support is a joke and says you can log into the app for assistance! Highly do not recommend!
