App freezes after login on 2 different devices. We have 2 Androids (Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel). On both phones, I install the app, login with my existing account, and then get a permanent solid white screen that never takes me to anything. I tried: closing and reopening, force closing and reopening, uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting phone then opening, all with the same results. Since the product can't be used without a phone, this makes the product I just bought useless.

Have had a new email with Alive Cor and they have been super helpful and sent me a replacement unit after the old one had issues staying connected to my phone. Dealing with Gloria Gonzalez has been suoer helpful. THIS IS MY PREVIOUS POST Keeps logging me out everytime I try to use it removed app reinstalled same thing. Not is useless and whe it does record it starts stops and restarts sometimes does a particial reading then says unreadable and is not asking to connect often.

It's hard to get the sensors to read correctly most times. In my case it doesn't seem to read arrhythmia's. It's only good for telling me if I have a tachycardia, which is easy enough to figure out on your own. Basically, not a good buy for me, especially since you have to pay a subscription fee to get relevant information.

Great device. Only thing I don't like is the minute you open the app to take a reading you get an ad to buy upgraded service. I understand business side of medical devices, but everytime! Once or twice a week is plenty. It gets to the point you know it is an ad and you click out before even reading. Again very helpful device for piece of mind, and worth the money.

This used to be a life-saving product/app but it's become impossible to use. I regularly take readings in the same spot at home, but in the last few weeks I haven't been able to because of supposed "electrical interference." My place hasn't changed, I haven't added or removed any electrical devices. I assume one of the updates messed things up, but if so then where's the patch? For this gadget to be useful, it needs to work EVERY SINGLE TIME. That's no longer the case. So unfortunate.

Way too many bells and whistles on this app. I just NEED to check if I am having an AF episode and your App is, with all these items to click, input, supply information, etc...is a major impediment to check my status. Tell your web engineers Less is More. PLEASE ...

The application itself works OK, though the device itself outputs extremely noisy data. My review is only two stars though because this app sends advertisements for sales to your notifications. I shouldn't need to explain why this is extremely annoying and terrible design. Edit: After getting several more advertisements, I'm dropping this to one star and removing background perms from this app.

This company is like a DRUG dealer, except they require you to pay a low upfront cost, but allow you to use it until you begin utilizing it as a base line novelty THEN BAM!!! monetize the HELL out of it..... WOW! Spend money on the device and then have to pay a monthly subscription too. Beware if you're looking to have this novelty item.... it great, but very limited without paying a lot. Spend your money on a Smart watch or somethiat least you won't be continuously charged out of the blue.
